Mailing
We mail within two (2) working days of receipt of your order, by Australia Post or selected courier to any address in Australia. You will receive an email notification when your item has shipped.
Please ensure you provide your email address and telephone number when you register. Delivery time may be affected if you do not do so, as we use this information to contact you should any issues arise.
At peak periods (weekends and bank holidays) deliveries may take slightly longer.
Mailing costs are indicated in the cart when you make a purchase.
Out of stock
If an item is out of stock we will notify you immediately.
Returns
We hope you enjoy our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order we are here to help. We offer either a refund (less shipping costs) to your credit card (or original method of payment), providing that products are returned to us within 30 days of purchase, unused and in their original packaging. Please ensure that the parcel is wrapped securely.
Please enclose your name, address, order transaction number or place of purchase and reason for return/exchange with your returned product(s) and send to:

We aim to handle your returns within seven working days of receiving the products. If products are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, we will also refund the mailing/courier costs.
